Here at Intercontinental Agency, we are a sourcing and buying agents and we work with reputable manufacturers/producers and farmers in the business.

Here are the products for sale and procedures needed for most of them:
REFINED FUELS:
1. Gas Oil Diesel D2
2. Jet Aviation Kerosene JP-1A (Colonial Grade 54)
3. Jet Aviation Kerosene JP-1A (Colonial Grade 51)
We feel this is probably the most comfortable and fair procedure in the business:
PROSPECTIVE BUYERS AND SELLERS THAT ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH IT SHOULD WORK
WITH US.
1. The Seller issues: Soft offer with complete procedure.
2. Upon review and acceptance of the Soft offer, Buyer request Seller to issue: UNSANITIZED FCO to “BUYER” signed on the Sellers or Mandates legal letterhead along with Mandate papers (if a Mandate is used) including Sellers full company name, Address, Sellers full names, Position, Passport number, Draft contract, Sellers allocation number and Quality Certificate.
3. Upon acceptance and verification of the Sellers information and the Draft contract, the Buyer/Buyer's Mandate signs FCO and submits a letter of intent signed on the Buyers or Mandates legal letterhead along with Mandate papers (if a Mandate is used).
4. The Buyer issues ICPO with full banking details and BCL via SWIFT MT 799 Bank to Bank within 10 days.
5. The Seller sends Resource confirmation by SWIFT MT 799 through Bank to Bank of within 3 days.
6. The Buyer and the Seller signing the contract.
7. The Seller sends full POP to the Buyer.
8. The Buyer's bank sends PRE-ADVICE to the seller's bank by SWIFT MT799 POF: RWA that NON transferable DLC will be issued after receiving PB 2% from the Seller.
9. The Seller's bank provides non-operative PB 2% to the Buyer's Bank.
10. Buyer's Bank issues a non transferable DLC which activates 2%PB.
11. The Seller commences delivery of goods within 20 days of receipt of DLC.
12. The Buyer releases payment to the seller by wire transfer upon delivery.
13. Commissions/fees will be paid upon closing of each tranche to the parties stipulated in the contract, in the amounts shown.
14. All subsequent tranches will close tabletop as described above.

After the Soft offer will be accepted, we will ask you to issue UNSANITIZED FCO signed on the Sellers or Mandates legal letterhead along with Mandate papers (if a Mandate is used) and Draft contract.
Those who submits false NCND/IMFPA, LOI, ICPO, RWA, BCL or FCO, as well as FALSE PROOF OF PRODUCT (POP), WILL BE CHARGED WITH A CRIME. This went into effect on November 15 2008 after a meeting was held between the Federal Reserve, European Central Bank, Interpol, Federal Bureau of Investigation and Central Intelligence Agency. The reason for this measurement is to protect the commodities industry which is a fundamental part of the world's economy.
